Shipping Policy

U.K (Royal Mail)

- 2nd Class Standard 3-5 days service (for orders under £10)

- 2nd Class Signed for delivery (3-5 working days) for £3.50

- 1st Class signed & Tracked (Next day delivery) for £5.50. 

Europe (Royal Mail) 

We are using the Standard international (3 to 17 Business Days) service via Royal Mail for £10. Your order will be tracked and you will be notified once the tracking number has been created (which means that your order has been processed).

Rest of World

We are using the Royal Mail Rest International service (Zone 3 - USA / CAN / AUS) for £15. Your order will be tracked and you will be notified once the tracking number has been created (which means that your order has been processed).

Please note: Since Brexit, we have noticed an increase in customs charges for overseas customers, please be aware of this when placing your order if you are outside of the UK.

Returned items

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Should you exchange an item you will be responsible for both the postage to return the item and postage to send out the new item.

If you are shipping an item over £50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item as this is through a third party.

Return & Exchange Policy

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned.

Perishable goods such as

  • food, flowers, newspapers or magazines

Intimate items such as undergarments 

Beauty, health and personal products.
Gift cards
Customised products

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)
* Vinyl records that have been opened.
* Any item not in its original condition, damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5 days.


Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.


We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.  If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at

Exchanging items for a different colour or size is at the discretion of The Stanley Road Store. It is also dependent on size/colour availability.  If you would like to enquire about an exchange please email us.

Damaged items
Should you find your item damaged on delivery, you will need to notify us within 7 days by email with supporting photographs of the item in the original packaging. Refunds will only be given for items damaged in transit.
