In Store Return Policy

Our Return Policy if you buy a product in store: 

Due to the nature of our store and that we are all independent artists we can not offer refunds or exchange unless the item is faulty. This does not affect your statutory rights. 

You will be given the opportunity to email yourself a receipt at time of purchase. All faulty items need to be notified to us within 14 days of the date of your receipt and must be returned to us within 28 days of purchase to qualify a refund. 

Please note: 

We do not offer exchanges or refunds for changes of mind or unwanted gifts. Where possible we will refer you to the maker/artist to see if they are able to help you further.
